And 2 little boys who think it’s super fun to go for walks). We’re open to male or female, and pure breed is unnecessary. We are also open to older dogs (it seems much easier to guage personality and temperament once they’re past puppydom). We want a dog that is good with children and other pets, as it will be a companion for my 9 year old, my 5 year old, and our miniature chihuahua roxy. I also ask that it not be mixed with pit, rotweiller, doberman,chow,german Shepard, or sharpei. Our home owners insurance deems them “vicious” and bans those breeds and any mixes containing them. Oh my goodness…little London is one precious little silky. I adopted a little one from the Silky Rescue here in Stillwater, OK in December, 2013 and I must say we got a gem! She is our little baby. I would love to have another one, but don't think I can swing it right now. 🙁

We adopted "Sasha and pixie" who are now "Riley and Ressie" aprox 1 1/2 yrs ago! They are thriving and we couldn't imagine life without them!!
