Special Fundrasier Event! Dinner & Movie: Warren Theater East 13th is sponsoring a fundrasier to raise money for LAPP on Thursday, July 24th, 2008. The movie will be SPACE CHIMPS!! There will be lots of food and fun. Dinner starts at 5:30 with the movie to follow at 6:30 p.m. Prices for the event are: Adults $20, 6 -12 yrs old $15, and children under 6 are free. Tickets can be purchased by calling 316-214-3546 or 316-807-8473.
Adopting a Pet:
LAPP has over 100 dogs and 100 cats availble for adoption. To adopt cats/kittens, please call Sharon at 316-207-7977 and for adoption of dogs/puppies, please call Pat at 316-807-8473. LAPP requires a donation of $85 for cats and $120 for dogs; in some cases the fee might be slightly higher if we have had a special need for the pet. If they are too young for spaying/neutering at adoption, we require an additional "promise deposit" of $50 which is returnable upon completion of spaying/neutering. All donations are 100% please back into LAPP to continue the care of the animals. Since LAPP is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, donations are tax deductible. Out of State Adoptions are not permitted, unless an exception by LAPP has been made. Please call LAPP BEFORE you come to adopt or look for a lost pet.
Animal Bording Available:
LAPP is housed in the Hallmark Kennel and provides dog and cat boarding. The kennel has central heat and air with private indoor/outdoor runs. Boarders must be current on vaccinations. Call for information, reservations and pricing at 316-838-6683 or e-mail patricia.morriss@wichita.edu.
